Brooke Narragon
Marriage and Family Therapist - Student

Hello, my name is Brooke Narragon, Marriage and Family Therapist Student Intern with National University.
My open-minded, curious approach to therapy is to be a co-collaborator with you, as I believe we can all be our own healers. I work with individuals, couples, families, and children using an empowered and empathic approach to accompany you on your journey.
My passion has always been to be in service to people. Whether that be supporting someone through times of loss and grief, navigating the isolation of a depressive episode, or slowing the pace of an anxious mind, I have a body of lived experience that gives an authentic connection to a multitude of human experiences.
I am committed to guiding clients to help them uncover manageable steps that foster personal growth through every stage of therapy. I meet my clients where they are at and help them discover approachable steps of transformation by working through a holistic lens of mindfulness, personal responsibility, and integrity. I involve somatic and sensory experience into my therapy to provide additional options for accessing difficult emotions.
Through previous careers, I have experienced years of extensive travel in cultures all over the world. I embrace life with curiosity and kindness and keep an open heart and mind to all I encounter.
I believe food is a key element to mental and physical health, and I am an avid nutrition-forward chef. Along with exercise, being in nature, and spending time with supportive community, I regularly practice meditation, breathwork, and am a certified yoga instructor.
I love expressing myself through fashion and I especially love riding motorcycles through beautiful landscapes.
